Around Us is an interactive workbook that encourages people to look more closely at the typography and patterns found throughout London. By transforming familiar visual references into removable stencils, the workbook invites participants to observe, experiment, and create their own interpretations.

The binding is designed so that every spread can be removed from the book. Participants keep the pages folded while tracing the hidden letter using a set of simple instructions. Once completed, the page is unfolded to reveal the original letterform, allowing participants to compare their interpretation with its source.

Each removable page becomes an individual artwork while remaining part of the larger publication. The source of every letter and pattern can be found at the end of the book, along with the typeface name and a pocket that fits stencil tears.
